How long will it take to get my orders ?
The shipping of your long-lasting gourmand perfume takes an average of 3–4 days within Europe, up to 7 days to the rest of the world.
My package has been delayed.
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by the operational limitations of our logistics partners or the unavailability of the recipient.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please, do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, ask the delivery agent to open the case and refuse the delivery if needed. In this situation, contact us by filling out our contact form.
